How to add texture to your hair

A short video on how to add texture to your hair.

One of Googles most ask question this summer about hair in the uk is "How to I make my hair more textured?" You've asked so I'll answer. I've made a short video to give you direction on how to achieve this.

Firstly you don't need to worry about your hair being squeaky clean. (As you can see in this video mine was not. Around day 5) It's actually better that it isn't.

Doesn't have to flat irons to achieve this, wand, rollers, tongs whatever you have will do the job. Remember it doesn't have to be neat and precise, we're only creating a bit of movement not curling as such.

Key for texture is texture spray. One of the best inventions in hair care in recent years. I'm using Nine Yards Hands-On texture spray (£19.50 in salon) It will give you the hold and volume needed to create textured looks.
