At Capillus, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Booking Policy
On making an appointment you maybe asked to pay a deposit up to 50% of the service you've booked. Which is non returnable if you cancel or amend the appointment less than 48 hours before. Clients are required to give us their full name, email and mobile number. This is to ensure best communication and we fully comply with GDPR

What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge 50% for the service you booked with us. You maybe asked to pay a deposit on booking which is non returnable if your appointment is cancelled or amended less than 48 hours before.
RUNNING LATE?
Be Considerate
Capillus is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. COLOURING SERVICES
At Capillus we care about your safety, which is why we require a patch test before any colour service no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Regular clients tests are renewed every 6 months.
We do not carry out any chemical services to under 16's without consent from parent or guardian.
