Ensuring the Best Experience

At Capillus, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our procedures. What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go, we will have to charge 50% for the service you booked with us.


Be Considerate

capillus is a very popular Hair Salon. This means we’re usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unncessarily. At Capillus we care about your safety, which is why we require a patch test before any colour service no later than 48 hours before your appointment. Regular clients tests are reniud every 6 months.
We do not carry out any chemical services to under 16's without consent from parent or guardian.


We are aware that even though restrictions no longer apply we're aware that it's still out there. That's why we're still carrying out measures to ensure your safety while visiting us. Measures such as disinfecting surfaces regularly, cleaning equipment and protective clothing after every client are still in place. For mask wearing, even though they are not compulsory anymore if you feel more comfortable wearing one while you're with us your stylist will wear one with you. Just mention when you book with us.
