FAQ

Do you require a deposit for appointments?

Appointments do require up to 50% of the service you're booking, which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or re arranged less than 48 hours before.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

You can cancel or amend an appointment up to 48 hours before, after that you may loose your deposit.

​

Do I need to wear anything special for my visit?

No, but would advise against high collar or neck clothing. Hoodies are not ideal either. They can get in the way.

​

Whats's included in the service?

A full consultation, tea/coffee refreshment and use of the guest wifi. Explaination of each service you'll find in the services page.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, you can purcase a physical voucher in salon or you can buy online. Just click the bbok online button.

How do I book online?

Click the book online button at the top of each page on this site.

How early should I arrive for my appiontment?

There's no need to arrive too early but if you are you are always welcome to sit and wait until your stylist is ready.

Do I require a patch test?

All first time clients require a patch test in-salon 48 hours before a colour service. You don't need a appointment for it and it takes 5 minutes. Failure to come for a patch test may require us to cancel your appiontment and you may loose any deposit you've put down.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes we do with no obligation. Just contact us.

​

How often do I need to refresh my cut or colour?

Every client and service is different, an average is between 5-7 weeks.

How experianced are your stylists?

We have stylists at every level. Contact us if you're unsure which is best for you.

​

What can I do if I don't like my hair?

We strive to offer the best in customer service so if for any reason you're not happy contact us as soon as possible so we can get any issues resolved as soon as possible.

Do you accept contactless payments?

Yes, we accept apple pay and google pay as well as most major card types.

​

Can I bring work with me? (phone and laptops)

Absolutly! We can work around you're work, as long as curtoisy to other clients is observed.

Must I book weeks in advance?

No, you can check availbility through our book online button or call us and we'll be happy to accomodate. To aviod dissapointment we do advise booking 2-3 weeks in advance or more.

Can I still have my hair done even if I'm late?

We try to best accommodate but if you are late we may not be able to carry out your full service which may mean loss of your deposit. If you think you maybe late to your appointment get in touch with us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

What are your salon opening times?

Check our homepage for usual salon opening times. Different stylists may have different working hours. Check the book online button for stylists availability.

What products do you use?

We strive in finding the best products to suit our clients needs, check the products section of the site to see who we work with.

Does your salon open late?

Yes. Salon opens later on Tuesdays and Thursdays (up to 8pm) Check book online button for each stylists availibility.

Is it ok to come to the salon with dirty hair?

Yes, in most cases that's better!

​

I've coloured my own hair, can I still have a colour service with you?

Yes. However we do advise booking for a consultation first to check your requirements and what is possible for your hair based on how it is at present.

Where are you located?

Map and full address is on the homepage, we are just on the outskirts of Skipton town centre.

Do you have parking?

Yes. Subject to availability and terms apply, please notify us if you wish to use the car park.
